I talked with a client the other day that was planning her event and wanted to know an easy way to coordinate colors. This can be a challenging task as there are so many colors to select from with so many hues to each color.
One way to coordinate is to use a Color Wheel.
Just remember your primary colors are Blue, Yellow and Red. When you combine these hues you will create secondary colors which are Green, Orange and Purple. Look at your Color Wheel and match colors that are side by side or opposite of each other on the wheel. You can also go to a fabric store, still using the color wheel, and lay out your colors for a visual display. Don’t be afraid to try different color combinations.
