ensure the event runs smoothly with the expected guest count?
Suggestions on selecting a Vendor that can manage and coordinate, if needed, more than one
event while maintaining control over the smallest details.
We have learned that every detail of each event is not managed in the same manner. This
means that event planners outsource or contract many of the services. However, if you work in-
house, there may be staffing already in place to assist with various tasks. If not, you will need to
outsource and ensure to your clients that you have built a reliable vendor list to successfully
complete the project.
Vendors are also known as ‘suppliers’ that provide services needed during or after an event.
We work with many types of vendors and are expected to find and hire them or recommend to
our clients’ which ones they should consider hiring.

For large events that could be held outside you may need the services of portable refrigerators,
power generators and power cords. This will be a magnificent event if planned.
