Tina Player, owner of TP Events™, has created some of the most unforgettable events in the Tennessee tri-state area. Known for her calm “think it through” demeanor and professional “let’s get it accomplished-no problem” work ethic, Tina is well known as an event consultant and lifestyle planner.
The vision for TP Events was created more than 15 years ago when Tina began coordinating private events for family members and friends. In 1999, born out of a request from her daughter to help create a fantasy, one-of-a-kind wedding, Tina translated her creative, management, and leadership skills to coordinate a wedding with a guest attendance of 200.
Recognizing her ability to smoothly transition from corporate to a customer service industry, she started TP Events in 2005. Her attention to detail, ability to work with diverse personalities and backgrounds, and desire for individuals to have “wow” memories, have made her a preferred event planner of high profile corporations, top-rated hotel planners, entrepreneurs, and the newly engaged with a desire for inspiration to become reality.
Over the years, Tina has developed strong professional relationships with vendors, caterers, musicians and photographers to ensure her clients receive the best price with personalized quality service. These relationships have helped in the planning of successful company conferences and conventions, corporate training, and planning, meetings, gala and concert events, as well as private dinner and cocktail parties (corporate and consumer).Tina has also provided pro-bono planning services for charitable organizations such as Family Promise and Esince Management Services. She has also handled the coordination and event management for such headline artists as Eric Benet, Ken Ford and KEM, just to name a few.
Featured in City Scope, Chatter Magazine and the Chattanooga Times Free Press on several occasions, Tina has provided helpful tips on planning any type and size corporate event, wedding, and party.
