Questions for a photographer:

- Have you shot at this location before?
- Is this your main profession?
- How long have you been in this business and who are your main clients?
- Can I get a referral?
- Do you have a website or social media presence?
- When is the expected turnaround time of your photos?
- What is included in each package you offer?
- Do you offer digital on-site photos? and
- What is your deposit and when is the final payment due?
Questions for a DJ:
- Are you available for the date of this event?
- Have you DJed at this venue?
- How long have you been in business?
- Do you require a playlist, if not, how are songs selected for specific themes?
- Is it easy for you to rearrange the playlist at the event?
- Will you take guests’ requests at the event?
- Do you have a website or social media presence?
- How much time do you need to set-up before the event?
- Will you offer a cordless microphone, if needed?
- Will the music continue to play when you take a break?
- What room size is best for your sound system?
- Do you offer special lighting on a dance floor?
