Being able to give and receive positive feedback is a great skill to possess in any business. At the end of my events and even during the event I may ask for feedback as this only helps me to improve the business and my client relationship.
As we build our teams we must remember that everyone is different; however, we can all bring something great to the table of success.
Some tips when requesting feedback:
- Timely Request
- Be Specific -(If not you will get a general reply)
- Be open to suggestions
- Create a good environment as some feedback is best done in person or in a private setting
- Understand what is being said and accept accountability
- Don’t make it personal
- Look for constructive comments
